McGuffy Energy Services is the contracting company for oil, gas and power-related projects, including engineering Design (Process, Mechanical and I&E); Fabrication; and Field Construction and Commissioning.

Beginning with a dry type engine air filter, McGUFFY simplified maintenance of large industrial engines. Throughout the 1980's McGUFFY expanded manufacturing capabilities to include gas turbine air filter housings, exhaust silencers and eventually complete intake filtration systems and enclosures.

In 2008, McGuffy Energy Services created an I&E/Controls contracting unit, with bases in Cypress, TX and East Texas, which provides electrical services to the Oil and Gas, Power Generation and Paper and Timber industries and McGuffy’s own skid and plant fabrication projects.
